We are making our donation to the Sister Mary Black Legacy Society in honor of my Uncle Monsignor Robert J. Boyle who was, back in the 70s, the school athletic director and principal.
He was the epitome of a kind, faithful, and hardworking priest. He was so involved in the fabric of the school and its neighborhood. I remember one time he took myself and a friend of mine to dinner in a small storefront Lebanese restaurant. So many people would see him and come in to chat!
There is nothing he would not have done to make Cathedral the best it could be. That certainly has happened! I would be honored to help to continue its greatness into the future!
